Printrbot Kit

Printrbot guarantees all mechanical and electrical components supplied with kits for 30 days after delivery.  If you have received a kit with faulty/defective/missing parts, please contact us by submitting a Broken/Missing ticket inside of this 30 day window.  If a component is found to be defective, Printrbot will provide a replacement part (or acceptable substitute, i.e; refurbished “like new” component), but not provide installation service for defective parts.  Printrbot is not responsible for replacing parts broken during assembly.


Assembled Printrbot

Printrbot guarantees all mechanical and electrical components on assembled units for 90 days after delivery.  If you have received a Printrbot with faulty/defective/missing parts, please contact us by  inside of this 90 day window.  The component must be deemed defective by Printrbot. If a component is found to be defective, Printrbot will provide a replacement part (or acceptable substitute, i.e; refurbished “like new” component), but not provide installation service for defective parts.

Printrbot does not guarantee compatibility with any third party software or operating system (Repetier, Pronterface, Windows, Mac, Linux, etc).  This applies to kits and assembled units. There are numerous combinations of computers/operating systems/3D printing software/etc.  Printrbot guarantees the mechanical and electronic functionality of the unit, not ease of use, or compatibility with other hardware/software.
